Many occasions can occur in the life of an individual or family when there is a need for confidential discussion and personal spiritual support for the sake of understanding and resolution. Our pastors are available for consultation and individual appointments and are also able to make referrals to other professionals when specific training or resources may be in order. Appointments with our pastors can be made by calling the church office at 812-522-3118.

We also help to support a local office of CrossLife Ministries at 115 Church Ave., Suite #2. Pastor Ed Keinath, an LCMS pastor and trained counselor certified with the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and licensed by the state of Indiana as a marriage and family therapist, is a full-time pastoral counselor with many years experience working with individuals, couples and families. He is also available for children and families at Immanuel Lutheran School. Fees are based on a sliding scale according to family income. The work is subsidized by area congregations to make it more affordable for families. Appointments can be made by calling the office at 812-522-8440.
