Katie Stam and beau were attending a Miss America even at The Planet Hollywood Towers last night, and Katie Stam's boyfriend, who is a personal trainer, lowered himself to one knee and asked for Katie Stam's hand in marriage in front of 600 guests. Katie Stam handed over her crown, title and duties as Miss America last night during the Miss America Pageant to Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron the Miss America 2010 Winner.
