Short-term Mission Challenge: At the February 2008 LWML Board of Directors meeting, President Janice Wendorf issued a challenge to the LWML’s 40 districts to each send two short-term mission teams into the mission field by March 2010 in support of our missionaries and partner churches. In order to make this challenge possible, LCMS World Mission has been working with our national and international missionaries and partner churches to compile a list of needs that can be met through LWML women’s service.
